Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Enrolment is for one year  and may only be cancelled by given written notice  no less than four weeks prior to the next term (this does not include public or school holidays). Otherwise full term fees are payable.

 

MISSED LESSONS & CREDITS

When the teacher is available at the scheduled lesson time but the student is unable to attend, the lesson is forfeited. 
If the teacher is absent, and no substitute teacher is available, every effort will be made to make up the lesson at a future date, but if this cannot be done, a credit will be issued for the missed lesson. 

 

HOLIDAYS DURING TERM

Full term fees must be paid for holidays taken during music school term. No credits or substitute lessons will be given. Parkville Music School follows state school terms.

 

 

 

CHANGE OF TEACHER

Parkville Music School reserves the right to change the teacher of any student should circumstances demand.

 

EXTRAS IN CLASSES

Should it be necessary for a sibling to attend they will be the parents responsibility and should be asked of them by a staff member, the sibling must be removed from class.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES

Parents will be invoiced for the term music fees in the third week of the term. Invoices will be emailed unless advised.

 

COMPULSORY ENSEMBLE

It is compulsory for all students to be a member of a chosen ensemble.
